Introduction to American Sign Language (ASL) as a second language   

Length: 120 minutes 

To support the implementation of the new American Sign Language (ASL) as a Second Language curriculum, the ministry will be hosting introductory webinars for educators, school and system leaders, and ASL community partners. In this webinar, participants will receive a detailed overview of the new curriculum and pedagogical resources. The sessions will be bilingual (English and ASL), and live interpretation will be provided.

This webinar is offered by the Ministry of Education.

Technical information

This webinar will take place in Zoom which can be accessed from many devices, including laptops, desktop computers (MacOS and PC), iOS and Android devices, and Chromebooks.
